Laut Wissenschaft Online „führt Gruppenarbeit bei Entscheidungs- und Problemlöseaufgaben in der Regel zu deutlich besseren Leistungen, als es aufgrund der durchschnittlichen Einzelleistungen der Gruppenmitglieder vorherzusagen ist.“ (Wissenschaft Online) Um also eine gestellte Aufgabe mit möglichst wenigen Ressourcen zu bewältigen, benötigt man fundiertes Wissen, sowohl um den idealen Aufbau und der Struktur des Teams, als auch über die Interdependenzen der einzelnen Teammitglieder. „Der Erfolg oder Misserfolg von komplexen Projekten ist häufig in höherem Maß abhängig von der Effektivität eines Teams als vom spezifischen Expertenwissen der einzelnen Mitglieder.“ (Belbin, 1996)
Diese Studienarbeit setzt sich kritisch mit den Lernzielen auseinander, welche ich mir zu Beginn des Projektes gesetzt habe. Zunächst wird das Projekt definiert, später wird auf die Prozesse im Team eingegangen und die Herausforderungen reflektiert, welche sich auf dem Weg zur Zielerreichung gestellt haben.
