The most important book I've read in the last year. Reading this book has caused a paradigm shift in my thinking of the way I interact with others.
Treating all people equally as equals only works if it isn't being undermined by workplace conversations, or, to use Baxter's term, "discourses", that define people using negative stereotypes.
Every leader looking to foster a diverse environment, whether in the workplace or other community, should read this.
