Insightful book from a great professor

Jason Scorse was my environmental economics professor in graduate school. He was one of the most influential teachers I have ever had and his insightful views on economics and environmental issues are exactly what politicians and environmentalists need to hear. His viewpoints reframe the issues that are too often politicized by both the right and left. I urge Republicans, Democrats, Libertarians and Independents to read this book so we can have an objective, fact-based conversation and make policy and business decisions that are logical and benefit both business and the environment.

A pocket book every environmentalist should take to heart

The kind of comprehensive and eminently readable account I wished I had when I was slugging through textbooks trying to grasp the basics of environmental economics. More importantly, it's the kind of book every environmentalist doesn't just "need to" know, it's what everyone must know to be an effective advocate for a livable planet.
