Ich habe dieses Thema gewählt, da ich dieses Krankheitsbild sehr interessant finde und auch schon mit autistischen Kindern und Jugendlichen bei einer Ferienbetreuung gearbeitet habe. Deshalb möchte ich mich mit diesem Thema tiefgründiger beschäftigen und auseinandersetzen, um die komplexen Erscheinungsformen, Symptomatiken, Ursachen und die verschiedenen Therapieformen kennen zu lernen und das Verhalten zu verstehen. Mit einer Einführung in den Begriff des frühkindlichen Autismus möchte ich beginnen, um zunächst einen Überblick über die Störung zu verschaffen. Danach werde ich auf die Diagnose und deren Klassifikationsschlüssel eingehen. Als nächstes werde ich die Früherkennung und die Symptome der Störung ansprechen, wobei ich mich auf die drei Hauptmerkmale der Defizite der sozialen Interaktion, der Kommunikation sowie der Stereotypien beziehen werde. Des weiteren werde ich die möglichen Ursachen und Erklärungsansätze beleuchten um im Anschluss daran eine mögliche Form der Therapie und Förderung in Form der Verhaltenstherapie aufzeigen. Zum Abschluss werde ich die Rolle und Relevanz des Sozialarbeiters in der Arbeit mit autistischen Kindern und deren Familie erläutern.
