Anne Simons, née en 1956, a fait des études de lettres françaises et anglaises dans les universités de Lille, Munich et Münster (Allemagne). Elle a enseigné et traduit divers ouvrages littéraires et pratiques, et s’est spécialisée dans les médecines naturelles et la naturopathie. Elle a publié plusieurs livres, dont certains sont devenus des bestsellers. Elle s’est d’abord fait connaître en Allemagne avec ses publications Gesund länger leben durch OPC (co-écrit avec Alexander Rucker) et Das OPC-Arbeitsbuch. Anne Simons a accompagné la publication de ces livres de nombreuses conférences en Allemagne, en Autriche et en Suisse, jouant ainsi un rôle déterminant dans la prise de conscience des vertus des OPC.
Elle a fait connaissance avec le Professeur Jack Masquelier, qui a découvert et étudié les OPC en France ; elle a eu à plusieurs reprises l’occasion de s’entretenir personnellement avec lui. Ils ont ensuite entretenu une correspondance soutenue, au cours de laquelle s’est développée une amitié profonde. Mme Simons est donc la seule auteure en Allemagne qui dispose d’informations de première main sur la question des OPC.
