I'm a senior general surgery resident. This is the first surgical anatomy/technique book that really illuminates the anatomy in such a way that it *sticks*. I've found myself using it to solidify my understanding of anatomy for non-vascular procedures as well. I wish I had discovered this book when I was an intern! I also wish there was a non-vascular general surgery text that was as well-written and illuminating.

My wife got this through our account for her vascular rotation (first year resident- Surgery). She loves it. She hugged it at one point. I don't have any details a to why it is so great, but apparently it is super useful.
